just want to share just spent 45 mins with respiratory consultant He said very common to have blood in mucus when you have a chest infection He said I didn’t have COPD but at my age 77 my immune not able to kick out the bacteria or viral infection hence chest infection Said keep away from infections look after your lungs 😂 And that’s from a respiratory consultant at countess hospital Chester Take care all xxx

I had blood in my mucus and my GP sent a sample to be tested at lab, it came back negative, never did know why.
