Been having a lousy time, Christmas cancelled etc.. however I’m making a comeback after being totally inactive.. started doing steps, just up & down the hallway to get some strength back in legs..I refuse to give in..love to all xx

Brilliant. You’re going the right way. I’m doing similar, but on crutches. I get up every time my watch vibrates, at 10 to the hour, and walk from the front door to the end of the kitchen. Not very far but my daughter’s house isn’t very big. It works because on Tuesday she dropped my off at the entrance to the hospital, I walked to the sleep and lung department, did a lung function test and then walked back to where I was dropped off. I’d done over 2000 steps, so little and often in good. Keep up the good work.
Well done. I know too well that it's not easy to motivate yourself when it's so hard to achieve even small things that others take for granted, so good going adenough! 👍😊xxxx

Covid disrupted my Christmas , family ate their dinner outside in my garden , freezing cold .

Sorry to hear you had a awfull time but you're starting a little and that will hopefully go a long way give you're self time and patience and don't over do it there's always another day
That's great. Take each day at a time - it is often three steps forward, then one back and another three steps forward and one back! Do what you can, when you can and your muscles wil thank you.

Well done as enough! Keep going. Every small step helps build up strength. I was given a few simple exercises to do and have noticed how my arms and legs don't ache quite as much when doing simple tasks now. It keeps you the motivation to keep going . X
