hello, when I breathe deeply, my throat stings, I feel like it's on my trachea and chest pain are the symptoms of fp/fpi?

So sorry, I don't know what fp/fpi are. Do you mean Pulmonary Fibrosis & Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis perhaps? Have you seen a GP?

Ah, I just read your profile re post covid PF which I'm sorry to hear about.The helpline is 0300 222 5800 Mon to Fri 9,15 to 5pm.

In the meantime do get a gp appointment so you can get your lungs listened to. They can hear PF as well as crackles of infections and other lung ailments through the stethoscope. Sounds as though something isn't right. P

Hi Petri84.

Your symptoms of a "stinging throat" and Chest Pain can also be caused by GERD/ASTHMA or even nerve pain. You have PF so really you are better seeing your GP as it may need treatment whatever is causing your symptoms.

We can only say what it could be but, a doctor should be seen and would know what it was for sure,

I myself 2yrs ago HD very burning throat didn't have chest pain but terrible raw burning sensation in throat it was acid reflux went docters got larprozole and never looked back and at the time I had workman doing with brick work outside and his work mate says I'm sorry Mrs but I've had to call ambulance me workmate think he's having heart attack the next day they both turned up I said excuse me but you're not doing any work go home and rest I don't want anything happening to you he said its allright Mrs my heart fine I had silent reflux I thought blimey but you see a gp hope you get sorted
