I have it! I was diagnosed about 5 years ago. The dr put it down to me having been on steroids for way too long, and try as I might, I couldn’t get the dose down to less than 7.5mg a day.

Addison's disease is a fairly rare condition it may be worth looking around on health unlocked for a specific group to join. You may get better advice.

Commiserations. I can't help with advice, but hope it doesn't mess up your life too much. One disease should be quite enough to deal with.
