Sore eye from using my C-PAP Machine.

Good afternoon everyone. I have been using my C-PAP Machine since 2018 overnight and sometimes through the day. Recently my right eye has started to become and crusty in the mornings and then starting to water through no apparent reason throughout the day. I have made adjustments to stop air leaks this must be connected. Before I speak to my respiratory nurses does anyone else suffer with this and if so do they use any type of eyedrops to help?

Thank you all in advance.

Joseph.

If you have been using your C-PAP machine for 5 years and your eye is only recently getting crusty, could the problem, as Pat has suggested, not be connected? xx

If you have been using machine successfully for a number of years it is unlikely that is the problem with your eye. Sounds more like an eye infection and it would be useful to speak to a pharmacist in the first place.
