Hi, my g'daughter was also diagnosed with bronchiolitis as a baby. She had many lung infections but now, at just 12 she's very fit & healthy (despite being prescribed an adult dose of Azithromycin syrup when tiny). My daughter had to fight for treatment for her as it was pretty obvious to me she had asthma - like her father, her maternal uncle & granny. Learn as much as you can, give you baby baby-vitamins to boost his/her immunity (but check with a professional first).
