Has anyone been on Mycophenalate? Has it helped?

I know lots of people on it that have PF and it works well for them. Personally I had to be taken off it after a couple of months as I couldn’t tolerate it and it made my breathlessness much much worse. Luckily after coming off it my breathlessness returned to the same level before starting the tablets.

I’ve been on it for a year. My breathlessness is better, but I’m on a lot of other drugs plus oxygen 24/7.

I’m on Mycophenolate for NSIP, after gradually tapering off Prednisolone. I’ve been on it for 2years, 750mg twice a day, no side effects and currently lung disease is stable.

it saved my wife's life she has interstitial lung disease and it stop the lungs from getting wors she still has lung disease but does not need a transplant yet as she was almost on the list 6 years ago i hope it works for you everybody is different but it's worth the shot good luck
