I agree…call an ambulance so you get some help! Once in hospital it gets the ball rolling with getting the proper help you need!

I agree. Time to call an ambulance. When we ring our GP surgery the first thing you hear is “ if you are experiencing chest pains, please call an ambulance “

So there you have it.

I know you have been troubled with this for quite some time, but enough is enough. Sometimes we need to take what might seem like dramatic action to get the help we need.

Time to start that process. 999. Chest pain.

How are you doing still feeling down are you. Ask you gp if he or she to your wellbeing team it based at your county council if they got they will come out and talk to you see what they can do for you its worth a try. My gp refered me to them but the male who came only came out twice but didnt do anything but now my surgery has got a new welfare co-ordinator now yet to meet so hopefully ill be get back on the syraight and narrow. But any time you need to talk just get on here and someone will have a natter/talk with were all in the same boat. I get friends ringing me up because they're are feeling down or just want to vent their spleen as the say and get things of their chest. Dont suffer in silence were all here to help anytime you feel s bit blue just get intouch and and someone will gey back to you ok.
