Another year has gone by and we haven't made it to Stonehenge yet again the motorbikes are in the garage still and although shiny and bright....

things happen to stop our visits .

It's our busiest time of year for walking and pet sitting ..

Ah well least we are here and breathing maybe next year 🧡💛

Hey they get used regularly just wanted to get them out and ride to Henge ...I have a Virago and my husband has a a Honda Blackbird 1100 we have toured Europe on them ...

When I ride out next time it will be for you 🥰

Thanks. I rode a small scooter for going to hospitals, also a 125 Yamaha. I rode pillion on late husband Blackbird, went all over UK, northern France and southern Spain. He was member of Honda Owners Club and ROSPA. Sorry you didn’t get to Henge today, from TV looked like people were allowed to get close up. Enjoy your biking, best wishes, Jean

That is somewhere I never got to. Shame but never mind. As to motor bikes, when out at the weekend, near one of their gathering placw, most used to go past my Hillman Imp, and wave on their way past (I only had an 850cc engine).

I found those that had the old English style, all black and chrome very friendly, the Italian style bright pea green less so.

I have never been to Stonehenge and always wanted to go, not sure I ever will go now, transport being the main problem. I have also never been on a motorbike have always been too scared as one of the family friends we have came off one when riding as a passenger and suffered brain damage when I was young. I am sure that you will get there next year and realise your dream . The photo is stunning x

The thrill of being on the bike and riding to another of my favourite places is magic..

Stonehenge has a pulling force for me ever since I first went there with love beads hanging off me by the dozen and flowers in my hair 😂 that's more than 35 years ago ... I have druid fiends who married there a few years back was a lovley time ....

I will come pick you up hop on the back we will be there in no time at all 💜

I can imagine it being a wonderful time you having flowers in your hair, reminds me of the song on the Marrakesh Express, I still have the LP and takes me back to my young days. It must have been a wonderful wedding for your druid friends celebrating in such a wonderful place x
