Out on the hills not been here for ages got back to roast veg soup with garlic bread

How lovely. Roast vegetable soup ? Does that mean the vegetables are first roasted then put into soup? 🤔

Roast the veg first sweet peppers tomatoes red onion sweet potatoes fresh thyme pinch of chilli based in olive oil and bake 20 to 25 mins make up some water with veggie stock cubes when the veggies have baked add them to the stock simmer for 10 to 20 min blend it and e joy

I used to walk my pup there she loved it there little black staffie so it was nice to be up there again man she would pull me up them hills she was a bit like donkey from sherek mentally but I loved her 😀

Donkey from Shrek? My fav! 😂 I am a cat rather than dog person (being a Leo!), but I am dad sitting this week and he got a rescue Staffie last year and she is lovely I have to say 💕 xx

I am Leo to same day as ginger baker and we've just got two kittens well there 12 months old now doger the male and loki the female dont need my alarm anymore she there at 6 purring her little socks off time to get up i kneed a feed and fuss befot you go to work

How lovely! Funny you should say Tuxedo cat, I had a black and white and if you stood him on his back legs he looked just like he was wearing a tux, spats bow tie and all! So he had to have a posh name, I called him Sebastian!! X

I love being by the sea north Devon had caravan that looked over the lagoon and river beautfull loved working down there with the family
