Do you have anything to thin it down a bit Maricopa? Even drinking water might help. Feel better soon. Xxx🤗💕

I had a similar problem once, my pharmacist recommended a cough linctus that was safe to take with my prescription meds. It really helped. Perhaps your pharmacist could recommend something for you.

Have you tried sircle breathing and huffing i think the BLF website has instruction on this. It helps to move the phlem up the lungs so can be coughed up witout too much effort. I also find warm water helps. And if its green maybe some antibiotics would be helpfull

Hello Mari, ❤️

I'm sorry to hear you aren't doing so well. I'm afraid I don't have any practical advice or experience but I just wanted to wish you well. Take care. xx 😘

I had a pft in February. The erv went down by a lot. I have psoriatic arthritis. My guess is the arthritis is scarring the lungs causing fibrosis. Thus I can’t even cough up phlegm.

I’m too thin so it’s not due to obesity. I can only think fibrosis or flat weak diaphragm. Something has caused this huge drop in erv

Have you tried steam. I find this really helps . I have a facial steamer but you can use a bowl with hot water, maybe add some vicks/olbas oil and a towel over your head. Do this a couple of times a day and it should help to loosen things. Also Mucodyne thins out the mucus alot , as does drinking plenty of water. Hope you feel better soon x
