Yes they told me what my problem is and seeing and spealing with other people which have similar problem helped me to understand what I have

My problem is big but it helps me when I know what is the reason. I still did not find all answers. I feel weakness and can jus work about ten hours per week because of my health.

That does sound like some improvement though. The last time you were here you couldn't work at all. Perhaps things will slowly improve for you as time goes on now.
