I think it was Prof. Chalmers who impressed me at the ELF conference earlier this year. it sounds as if something positive is at last being done for bronch sufferers.

As of last December, this is now in a phase 3 study anticipated to involve about 1600 NCFBE patients. The study is called Aspen and will involve treating patients for a year: there is a suggestion the results will likely emerge towards the end of 2022.
