Bronchiectasis coughing. Gunk comes from lungs? So if take pill and then cough, pill should get to stomach and do it’s job?

Yes. Try to take any pills after you have done your physio to empty your lungs and shouldn’t then be coughing.

Hi yes definitely clearance techniques before tablets if possible, I take ventolin let it kick in then do clearance and tablets and steroid inhalers after seem to work for me

Thanks. My problem the last few days was CONSTANT COUGHING ALL DAY AND NOT REALLY ANY “CLEARANCE “ TIME!!!!!! Trying another approach today. Never give up right?? This site is INCREDIBLE❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️

I can see I need to bring a little more order to my morning regime. I have ventalin and then Trimbow and hope that works before having the other tablets. Do you use a flutter at this stage?
