I got an e-mail this afternoon confirming Shielding ceases as of 1st April but having stuck with it this far I am prepared to continue shielding until three to four weeks after I have had my 2nd jab which should be towards the end of April at the latest. I think that we all have to do what we think is best for each of us. So looking forward to getting my hair cut first thing I think I will be doing. xx

What exactly can and can't one do? Why don't they give us simple one-liners?Can we, extremely vulnerable people, from 1st April, now get on a bus, board a train, shop at the supermarket, and travel? Still wear a mask and still keep our distance?

I think we all have to continue to risk assess every situation. I will be seeing family and friends, individually or in very small groups of 2 or 3, but I won't be rushing to the shops or busy places. I will continue with hands, space and mask.
