WHO Wuhan mission finds possible signs of wider original outbreak in 2019.

Investigators from the World Health Organization (WHO) looking into the origins of coronavirus in China have discovered signs the outbreak was much wider in Wuhan in December 2019 than previously thought, and are urgently seeking access to hundreds of thousands of blood samples from the city that China has not so far let them examine.

The lead investigator for the WHO mission, Peter Ben Embarek, told CNN in a wide-ranging interview that the mission had found several signs of the more wide-ranging 2019 spread, including establishing for the first time there were over a dozen strains of the virus in Wuhan already in December. The team also had a chance to speak to the first patient Chinese officials said had been infected, an office worker in his 40s, with no travel history of note, reported infected on December 8.

The slow emergence of more detailed data gathered on the WHO's long-awaited trip into China may add to concerns voiced by other scientists studying the origins of the disease that it may have been spreading in China long before its first official emergence in mid-December.

I was very interested that in the Andrew Marr interview yesterday the WHO 'expert' changed tack considerably from the interview given in China and began edging towards what may actually be the truth.

Yes, I thought that too! Strange! Or not!

They know that we are not all stupid, regardless of what they say with the Chinese standing over them.

Curious, I'll have to catch up with Marr.

It was on the BBC news yesterday as well. I don't watch Marr.

They probably wanted to get out of there without being arrested. As we know the Chinese are very fond of making trumped-up charges against anyone who dare speak against them. They don't care who it is!

Back in October and November 2019 lots of people including myself came down with what we had thought were bad colds but looking back I suspect it was covid before it was officially christened.

We are convinced of this too! Around Xmas time 2019 my daughter and family were quite ill for a few days, meanwhile we were back home from there and I had a funny few days with what I thought was a cold and I lost my sense of smell and taste like you do with a cold and didn't think anything of it until about three weeks later and I still hadn't got it back! I was really beginning to despair of ever having it back and when my husband would ask me what I would like to eat or drink, I just used to answer whatever I can't taste it anyway! I did wonder when the news came out about covid and the symptoms.

Most of these new virus's seem to stem from China and i am still not convinced they havent been messing with nature. We will never know the truth x

Izb1 hits on something that I have often pondered. More especially with anything to do with China. Will we ever get the, or, to the truth. I have practised and studied Tai Chi and Chi Gong for over 30 years. In my readings I have come across many sayings and aphorisms. One which resonates every time I read or hear of Chinease government obfuscation is......There are three things that cannot be hidden for ever. The sun, the moon and the truth. It's all a matter of timing.
