I stopped smoking day after my Dads funeral,I smoked for 30+ years i promised him I'd stop at some point so I went to Smokers cessation got patches took them for 2 weeks and now I've been stopped 2yrs and 3 months.

If I can do it so can you don't give up YOU CAN DO IT xxx

You were plotting harm to me.

So now I am determined

My breathing is so much better I can run now where I couldn't before,my health has improved vastly you don't realise just how much damage smoking does x
