After 6 long weeks and some dark days I am at last home and sleeping in my own bed.
Having some community physio for a while but hopefully that won’t be long. Being assessed for home oxygen so see how that goes.
Onwards and upwards from here on in and can go at my own pace.
The kitties were really funny, pinky was all over me, perky was confused and wasn’t sure what was going on, Queenie ignored me and poppy came and sat by me, as for Dingo I got totally snubbed til I went to bed and he was all over me!
I can’t thank everyone here enough for all the help and support I have been shown especially during those dark days when I really felt I wasn’t going to get out of hospital.
Love and hugs to one and all

Delighted to hear you are home. There really is no place like our home as you will have found. Just being with the kitties will make you feel better. Look after yourself and take things easy.Xx
That's wonderful news judes , back home amongst the kitties. 🤗x
That’s great news judes, so pleased you’re home at last. The kitties all reacted in their own way to your return, bless them all.
Lots of love and please take care. Xxx🤗💜
So pleased that you are home. Nothing like your own bed is there. Take it easy because you are going to feel as though an elephant has rolled over you. I certainly do.
Congratulations judes, keep on with your recovery in the comfort or your own home x x
What good news. I am so pleased for you. Home is the best place to recover and how wonderful to be surrounded by your furry friends.Take things slowly, one step at a time.
So glad your home Judes, can’t beat being in your own space. The kitties thought you abandoned them and are letting you know but they will be back to their old selves soon. Take care xx
Thank you all so much for all your messages, not often I cry but can feel myself welling up! You are all so kind and thoughtful it means so much to me.
The kitties have had chicken for dinner so they are feeling a lot happier, dingo has gone from snotty to lying all over me typical cat.
I won’t tell you what pinky did but involved a protest
Great news! So pleased you are home. Don't cats just know how to show their feelings! Enjoy being back where you belong: home is usually the best medicine once we can cope.
That's great news! I hope the improvement continues (the physio should help) and that you are able to enjoy being at home again. There's nothing like your own bed, is there?! Especially if it's covered with cats!
We don't have any now, but when we had three, I loved it when they all came to bed. One of them used to love to get on the pillow and I would wake up wearing her like a hat! One used to sleep on my feet and the little one used to sneak under the duvet.
They didn't often sit on our laps but if ever any of us was at home ill, one of them would keep us company all day until someone else got home. I really wish we had one again, but I can trip over nothing at all so having an animal around the place really isn't safe anymore.
Brilliant that you're home and that all the kitties are now pleased to see you. Hope it is all plain sailing from now on, or as plain as it ever can be with our conditions. Alberta xxx😺😸😹😻😽
