My Dad in Lincoln City, Oregon coast two weeks ago, USA. He turned 88 last March. Was treated 6 months ago for a separated aorta. I was 63 last March! Dad had us 3 kids on. Honda 350 before we could touch the ground. We’d just ride in circles & he’d catch us when we were finished!

Your dad looks great for his age and that bike looks fantastic. You’ve certainly enjoyed bikes for many years. Xxxxx

Three cheers for your Dad. I’m 74 and still riding (in the UK). I would love to go to the US to ride some of the trails there. Riding helps keep me active. (I have copd)

Riding is such a freeing feeling! It’s very therapeutic. I have a terrific sound system & I love to turn my music up & ride. I live very rural & have miles & miles I can ride with minimal traffic except for the deer. Which is a very real concern!

Wow! Great pic of your dad. We live about 65 miles away from him. We go to Lincoln City several times a year.

It’s really beautiful there! Dad took his quad there this weekend riding up the sand hills. Us kids worry about him as he had an aorta separation recently. I don’t know how well healed it is. They said they weren’t going to do surgery. Just put him on blood pressure meds to keep it down, I guess so the bulge doesn’t blow! But Dad has been an avid outdoorsman his entire life. Hunting, fishing, hiking, swimming rivers etc...so at 88 if he wants to have fun we just grin & bare it!
