Morning Hun, Yes, You need Fresh Air. I have been in Isolation for just over 3 months, Shielding. I do go in my Garden when the weather allows, if not I stand at my open Kitchen Door and Breath in & Deep, doing my Breathing exercises. Your Mum will know what is best for you. keeping your Distance . Take in the Fresh Air. Your Chair is ideal as you can't walk far. I cannot go beyond my Front Gate even in my Chair, I'm not ready yet to go far. I can walk in my garden with my Oxygen on. Enjoy Hun, Stay safe. Wear a Mask. Love to you. XXX C.

Sounds like a good idea Pokermon. Get out and enjoy the fresh air. Having your chair with you is a good idea too.

Take care and stay safe. Xxx😘🌈

Hi pokermon

Like you i have been sheilding. But this has come at a cost to my lung function as it has since worsened through lack of exercise. Do i thought if i can go i the garden with neighbours both sides of me why not go for a walk very early. Which is what i now do. At first I couldn't walk for more than 5 minutes without being sob . But i have slowly got it up to 20 minutes now. I must add i live in a very quiet area and if i see one person on my walk then i cross the road or walk back

I am not recommending to all and sundry to follow my advise. But its been a needs must as without that walk i wouldn't be able to hold what little stamina and lu ng function i do have seeing as we are in for the long haul

That's what my mum says bad enough without getting worse so will give it ago later in evening when quiet as like you not many people about.

A walk helps most conditions . . .slowly add effort and distance. . . .mainly to enjoy ! 🌻🎶

I’m fortunate I have land behind my house and don’t need to go on the pavement. I don’t go near anyone else .I really can’t see the harm as long as you keep away from others , don’t touch anything if possible and take some hand sanitiser in your pocket?
