Daughter bought in door lavender says 10 flowers have come through so getting big. She wondered if she could separate so to speak.

I've not grown indoor lavender plants, you can't split / divide the outdoors ones, generally for those take cuttings from a non flowering stem to start and new plant off.

For the indoor lavender, if its all coming from one main stem no you can't divide (it can't be separated) . If you can't see a main stem, just slice in half with a sharp knife and repot with new soil both press in firmly and water then leave to settle in for a week or so before watering again.
