Hi all hope you are all safe & well. I have IPF & Polymyalgia Rheumatica so I get very breathless & painful wibbly wobbly legs! I can cope with one or the other but both!! 🥴🥴🥴do any of you have this?

It’s more of a bl**dy nuisance I want to keep going for the ipf but the legs won’t go!!

I don't have either of those, but my knees quite often give way unexpectedly for no reason that I'm aware of. It can be awkward if I'm carrying anything as it makes me clutch for support with disastrous results.

Are you able to do any strengthening exercises to help work your leg muscles? There are some seated ones you can do with an exercise band, like a giant stretchy piece of broken rubber band.

I have bronchiecstasis and Polymyalgia rheumatkica which makes lifting very painful even !simplifying the kett!me to !and a cup of tea. I take paracetamol and rub in ibuprofrn
