Don’t know about you but over the last few years pollen does cause me to be more short of breath and have a sore throat. I take antihistamines which negates the effect to some degree. I find tree and night time pollen cause the worse problems. I don’t let it worry me as the fresh air and especially sunshine are very beneficial. Go out in the sun an enjoy.

P.S. I have severe emphysema with 20% lung function and try not to let the outside bother me. Good luck and stay healthy

Yes it agree l we haven’t had any fresh air for a while the sun feels so lovely it makes you feel brighter especially after a dark wet winter best wishes. Sam. I also have emphysema one lung not working the other effected it’s called pacing yourself and management and keeping positive 🙃

Just enjoy being outdoors Samjeff. We need The benefits of getting the vitamin D you gain as well as a sense of well being. It will be worth a little discomfort. I have been having runny eyes and nose but I take an anti allergy pill, nasal spray and eye drops each morning to help me over this period. Im going to do a little gardening now and enjoy the sun.
