The government has set out new emergency powers to tackle the spread of coronavirus with the publication of a bill.

Under the proposed legislation, airports could be shut and people held on public health grounds, while immigration officials could place people in isolation.

It might be an idea to carry a letter from the hospital/GP outlining your condition, in case you get picked up for being short of breath. The last thing you need is being thrown in the cells without access to your meds for any length of time.

I saw that 2greys, they did say would given a warning 1st and if caught again, but carrying letter from hospital etc certainly will help. They were saying also for people to report if they see people gathering in large groups, one way to keep unruly teenagers at bay - never mind the zimmer frame gangs ;)
