Underlying conditions? Re CVID

Read today that we are to consider ourself as having underlying health conditions if we are on the flu jab list at the doctors ( I. E you are reminded and / or in the at risk group)

I think we all realised we are at risk straight from the off chris, to be honest this self isolating hasnt got the same effect of us with chronic illnesses as it would if we were relatively fit and well,

I think the government should have said straight from the start people over 70 and those with chronic illness are at risk from this disease so take all precautions to shield yourselves and everyone else should just treat it like a virulent flu but that's just my opinion , the media is conflating this out of all proportion just to a, boost their rating and b, boost revenue ( or sm I being a conspiratorial theory nut lol )

Yes, totally.

However there are people on here in denial that they are actually in the ‘underlying health condition group’ just because they are ok most / some of the time.

Copd life uk have just clarified the question sm I at risk or not , if you get a flu jab then you are at risk .

At the moment if i reach my threescore and ten it will be a minor miracle.after that i will accept any condition thrown at me. x
