Yup Mp Said Law Had Changed In England With Regard Asbestos and Lung Diease Copd.

Not sure my self so asked mp to clarify with iidb issues around claim for asbestos related pneumonicosis ONE with out plaura plaques AS you only suffer plaura plaques after life time of working with asbestos.

Doctors know this and that’s where injustice lies.

Anyway I told mp you ask IIDB and see what they say to you about mixed dust asbestos lung disease copd and pneumonicosis.

Law change was 2017 Iidb prescribed disease’s list amendment regulation 201.7

Guess hard bit will be getting doctors to accept change AS for years been feed lie about plaura plaques and asbestos when really is more like pneumonicosis and ongoing inflammation.
