Hi I have one and I keep it in another room. You get enough tubing to let you go anywhere in the house so it shouldn't be a problem.

thank you for that i well look at keeping it in the spare room

I use one 24hrs. I thought I'd never get to sleep but no problem at all, completely used to it. It seems very quiet when i switch the upstairs one off in the morning to go down

Sorry tigers my question was for inamoment I should have said at the time.

I hope you find you won't need oxygen but if it turns out you do you will soon get used to it. I did. 😀💐

Yes. I have a big one downstairs. I can also have a portable one which i use upstairs, not portable for me, i couldn't shift it off the floor. I use oxygen bottles to get up and down the stairs and in the bath.

It would be lovely if the downstairs one had a remote, i could crank it up when making a coffee. If I'm not on oxygen i struggle quite quickly, limits what i can cook on the gas hob

I am on oxygen 24hours one concentrator but have it so it is piped upstairs. I have a small box on the wall and switch it over to which room I want either upstairs or downstairs. Enough tubing from upstairs to get me down to switch over to downstairs . Not a very good explanation but I’m sure if you speak to your oxygen supplier they could help.

Sounds like you are reasonably well sorted out but with room for improvement 😀. I like Cazza 34 set up .

Keep mine in Spare Bedroom, with Door closed, No Noise, ( Bungalow) so easy to keep it quiet. When family Stay, it is moved to The Hallway put on a small carpet to Stifle the noise, which I can hear, very low emission . xxx

I have one 16hrs daily..first keep it downstairs and get them to pipe the oxygen from the machine to your bedroom and sitting room downstairs. This means you are not tied to one space or dragging lots of tubing around. They will fix to skirting boards but you need to ask.

If it do have to have oxygen the companies that supply it are usually excellent. My husbands oxygen is piped around our bungalow with taps in 3 different rooms . He has a large concentrator in a spare room . So does not get any noise that bother us. Stay safe x
