Apocalyptic Blackbird. Thank you. I do enjoy your photography. Xxxπππππ
Thankyou Carole do you mean divine intervention for a sunday ...or apocalyptic for the zombie uprising πππππ
A bit of both. ππ€£ππππ
I just love the zombie thingy my series is the walking dead and any zombie films I'm a bit of a gory film buff πππππ
Wow,it looks like clowds in the sky and the trees reaching out through them. Clever π§ girl!π
Thankyou it is clouds in the sky that are reflected in the pond where the branch is snapped of from the tree.. I thought it was a bit medusa looking .hope your enjoying sunday ππ
Just saw your photo and I was going to say it looks like Medusa π or like a scene from War of the Worlds π½ And I mean both of those in a good way!
It shows great minds think alike HH..I hope your weathers a bit better and yes it very medusa ππ
Oh thank you! I've had a good Sunday which is always my catch-up with all things television wise. I know I'm a sad case but just sitting and really not having to do a great deal more, suits me down to the ground, especially today as my nose has a kind of agenda of it's own!(annoying as I'm on oxygen and therefore have a "nose hose" πlike elephants trunk!!). Still mustn't complain. Your photography is really superb so I hope you accept all the lovely comments, each time you share a new picture with us π·. Have a good evening yourself. πππ
Ah I have duvet days also they are very necessary lol what do you watch Netflix or the soaps ...I didn't realise you were on 02 shall have to call Nelly the elephant now π ...πππ
So now my official logo is :-
πΏπ₯ππ, its getting longer just like my "plastic" nose hose! Humour is a must else things would seem so dire at times. I reckon you'll agree with me as you are very funny (as in funny ha-haπ€).
Have a great day but be aware of the weather forecast saying winds of up to 80mph and rain. Stay safe my friend but still put your lippy π on!!!!! πΏπ₯ππ
SQUIRREL you are quite the little detective on a mission reporting your findings to me how wonderfully kind and devious you are ...
I cant unfortunately answer back by pm but if you have an email that you may choose to send I can definitely reply then πππ
Never fear , for the πΏand her π₯'s are here. Some call me a π΅οΈββοΈ Private π Eye but I'm a true believer in a little bit of gossip, does no harm. Of course i shall be sending you my invoice for the rather "sensitive " information i passed on to you. I hope you have filed it under "CONFIDENTIAL/TOP SECRET"
Now back to reality, please tell me you remained safe during the storm Brendon and there's meant to be more today. Im not sure which county you are in but you seem to πΆββοΈwalk ππ©π¦π¦π all your animals so far ,you probably cross from one county to another!!
Take good care my friend and double up on the lippyπwith lip balm in these winds!!!π
Must go as my secret phone βοΈis calling and it could well be HRH The Queen needing help with the Harry situation !!!! πΏπ₯ππ
Well I love and live for a bit of gossip little nutkinπ€ͺπ€ͺ...I mean squirrel thankyou thankyou again for the heads up on the enemy mooner person ..
I cant afford that much so when you send your invoice can you ensure it's under a lady cadiver .
Today I have been blown about in the wind battered by the rain and one of the pupsters pissed on my new purple wellies to say I was not amused by this would be very much the truth dirty piddler lol shes only 10 weeks so really I didn't mind but I think she did it deliberately as it's the first time ever π³
Must admit if I was to get into it with her Maj over Harry I think I would be telling her to send him packing with his little Sparkle Markel cant bear her ...π€·ββοΈπ€·ββοΈ
I never wear lip balm my dear my lipstick has moisturising stuff in it apparently...now I have said that I hope i don't get chapped lips by friday ππ
Anyways dinner is calling nanoo nanoo ππ
Now that's art!! And, a album cover for sure!!!!
Did you really take that photo Blackbird? It's amazing!
Thankyou and yes ππ
I don't know how you find these places. The light and time of day must contribute too! But you have the knack of seeing something special. Thanks once again.
It's where I live my lovley walking dogs for my living helps me see the beauty in the forest and it changes daily I dont look for anything in particular i just click what i see as nice ...believe me for one good there are 200 deleted lol ππππ
It's a lovely hobby you have Blackbird and brings you very close to nature. I love woodlands and am a member of a Group which has taken over a woodland near to where I live from the Woodland Trust. I would recommend a book to anyone who enjoys walking through woods and has an interest in trees. It's called.....The Hidden Life of Trees by Peter Wohlleben. It's about how they communicate. I thoroughly recommend it. Chrys
Thankyou roadrunner I shall see if the library have it in stock and will definitely take an interest in reading it .
How lovley you have some woodland to go and take time out away from your daily routine.
My husband used to work for the forestry commission and we had a family sawmill when the kids were younger we would spend the long summer days up there and sleep in a caravan with half a roof lol ..
I can roam the forest all day with a picnic and still never know every beauty spot there is ππ
There is nothing like being outdoors. I feel so much better in the fresh air and wild spaces. It sounds as if your family were introduced to nature at an early age. They have had the best start in life and have had the opportunity to experience it first hand. Hope you manage to get a copy of the book, you won't regret it. Chrys
Stunning but scary!!! I would be terrified there! π½π½π½. π»π»π»π». ππππ
It reminds me of the Lion King, when the youngster walks into the badlands. Would also have done well in some bits of the Lord of the Rings. Another of your photos where I would like the Jigsaw done.
You like to jigsaw sorrel I haven't done one for years my patience runs out tooo quick lol I'm not used to sitting ππ
I spend a lot of time sitting or lying, nearly 2 years since I was able to get out, unless I had 2 people with me. However jigsaws have a history for me. I worked as an Occupational Therapist, starting my training back in 1970, I did a 3 month physical placement in a large general hospital, and the Department dealt with In and Out Patients. We had some machines that would work specific muscle groups but also made useful things. We had static bicycles, where the power was linked to a small saw unit. The patient could cycle for half an hour, whilst cutting jigsaws, which then went onto the children's ward, or were sold for department funds. Most people work longer and harder, when distracted by doing something useful. I spent quite a long time supervising those jigsaws, best Rehab. in those months, was a window cleaner, who had broken lower limb bones, needed to get fit enough to use his bicycle, so he could go back to cleaning windows, we worked out that he would earn more than I did, for my first 2 years of work!! I nearly joined him on his rounds.
Seems we have given a fair piece of our life to the NHS..
I am a retired scrub nurse from theatres spent 30 years with them and came out 5 years ago then went on to open my dog walking business after travelling for a year .
We were never well rewarded with salary from the NHS but I had years of job satisfaction before the big paperwork trails started and took patient care away from us overnight oh well enough about me I'm rambling ππ
A great photo very creepy but fascinating. Have a good night and take care of yourself π Bernadette xx
I don't know how you do it but you certainly have an eye for a picture π
