Hi I was wondering if anyone on here has had what I have, I have a dry cough with a gurgling in my throat it gets worse when I lie down, can anyone suggest a way to get rid of it,

Make sure you drink alot of water. Also I use a good cough drop, seems to work for me but I drink alot of water over 8 glasses per day. Water is good for you also produces flem. But I have sever COPD and sever ASTHMA .
