It must feel as if your world is crashing down on top of you at the moment and you wonder what's next. Such a lot to deal with particularly when you are not well. I can only offer some words of comfort like everyone else on here. Things will ease eventually and life will go on. In the meantime try and look after yourself as you're health is the most important thing now. My thoughts go with you. Chrys

Do wish you well, Boeta. Do you have any hobbies? when I wake up and can't get back to sleep, I read my book. Keep it by my bedside, always read for a while before settling down, and then i.n The night if I have trouble gettng back to sleep again. During the day, crosswords, jigsaws on line, anything for those moments when you feel knocked out, it better than brooding on how you feel, Do hope you can find some relief. Love Iris x
So sorry to hear your sad news. Hope you are feeling a bit better soon. X
Sorry to hear you have suffered so much. Christmas has so many people mixing and spreading germs (I'm quite solitary now to keep my mum away from danger)
I know, as someone nursing someone with a chronic lung condition, that we hope that the issue will go away, but (after any usual remedies) call (or makes sure family/carers call) the ambulance immediately if you can't breath - you can always cancel it if it's a false alarm. The ambulance centre person told me that they are happy to get the call and cancel, rather than something bad happen.
Hope you are better soon.
You make no mention of a rescue pack.? You should have one. If not demand one. Do you regularly see a respiratory nurse. ? There are good meds and good contacts but quite often you need to shout loud to get them. Serious exacerbation are to be avoided whenever possible, it really does take time to get over them. Rescue packs and respiratory teams are invaluable. Hope things 8mprove for you
Thank you so much...this was really the first time that this happened after 8 years...i will take care....got the fright of my life
Prednoisolone and antibiotics. Always to have these at home in case of need. Should be part of your action plan.
