My last CT

The pulmonary artery is enlarged, measuring 36 mm.

This can be associated with pulmonary arterial hypertension.

The heart is enlarged with mild cardiomegaly but no effusion.

Incidental note is made of an enlarged low RIGHT paratracheal lymph node

measuring 12 mm
