Air clearance out.....????
All I can suggest is pursed lip breathing, But tear of a strip of toilet tissue and separate into a single ply then in front of a mirror, blow with pursed lips holding the single ply strip in front of your lips. You will be surprised that after you think that you have finished exhaling the tissue will continue to be blown away from your lips because even though you think you have finished exhaling you really have not, you can then take a real deep inhale afterwards. Practice this and you will get used to a prolonged exhale. It may also help to huff up the mucus from deep down. This is how I have learned to breath to the fullest extent and enabled me to to keep working full-time. It is also a good method to chase away those co2 headaches.
Have you been on a pulmonary rehab course.
It might help you.
They teach you the best way to get rid of mucus.
You have to access it through your GP
Good. Luck
