Hello homegirl59 .

I think you are doing marvelously well. Symptoms vary from person to person and no-one will be able to tell you when "crap" will start as none of us have a magic ball. Some people unfortunately, get ill very quickly and many others stay mild. Enjoy your health! Enjoy your grandchild. Keep up your amazing routine at the gym. Don't tempt fate by expecting the worse. I take whatever good happens from day to day embrace it and feel extremely lucky.

Have a great weekend!

Well done, since my diagnosis, I’ve been going to the gym and swimming! I’m same as you it’s only steep inclines and stairs i get bit breathless with. For me weightlifting has had an amazing effect on my condition 💖

With only a runny nose for symptoms are you positive you have.COPD. I have never had a runny nose with my COPD its usually associated to breathlessness lucky you I say . don't know why you are concerned.x .Sheila

Keep doing whats keeping you good homegirl59. Just enjoy life. And pack as much in while you are able to. Live for each good day i am the same as you soon 64. My Copd was diagnosed. While waiting for a Pacemaker. Once i had that. All my copd symtoms dissapeared. Giving my pacemaker a work out in Shanklin Isle of wight. This weekend. Brian
