Sore lungs

This is new for me. Was diagnosed with emphysema in 2015. Lately, my lungs ache when I take a deep breath. Of course, I'm thinking cancer, though I just had a chest-xray this week. Are sore lungs just part of emphysema? Thanks.

Yes, a number of things will cause your sore lungs! Too much coughing, do your lungs feel like they are burning? That is disease of some sort.

Just expect digressions to some degree, it is not the end, but check with your doctor!

We all suffer different aches and pains at different times, there is nothing set in concrete, as to when you get hit by something else. That is why this is such a shit of a disease.
