Oh my, Blackbird6 , just wonderful colours,so scenic,such a lover of nature and all things that enable you to give us the opportunity to look at your work.

Have you ever thought of entering any competitions or even displaying some at local events. My great Auntie used to paint with watercolours and she was an amateur but had an eye for detail so she would frame a couple of her best ones and exhibit them in any local events etc. She sold some,not for much but it gave her confidence a huge boost to know somebody liked her painting enough,to part with hard cash. Obviously we're only talking of up to £50 depending on the size and frame etc. Why dont you try - nothing ventured,nothing gained eh?

Many thanks for kind words. All appreciated I feel I must one day go and a buy a big hat as my head will be getting somewhat larger .

I wouldn't enter competition or sell it's enough just to share with people.

Your great aunt must have loved selling her work at fetes and local events .

I'm happy just to click the camera and share the result.
