Need help

Hi all, I've somehow lost contact with blf ,meaning I dont get any emails ,I dont no what I've done ,I join the thyriod UK on health unlocked then decided I didn't want it as I was getting to many emails ,so I unsubscribe as I thought ,from there I have lost contact with blf as well ,I dont get any emails from British lung now ,dont no what I did wrong I've managed to write this post through old email ,I have been looking for telephone number for health unlocked carnt find one ,looks like you have to email them ,has anyone got a number for them? , I dont even no if I will see any replys to this post as I am not receiving any emails ,I am not that good at technology either ,please help if anyone can
