I have been moved up to 4 ltrs 24/7 and I've found my nose has got very scabby and if I don't remove these scabs (don't like to do!) I feel my oxygen may not get through, and advise would be brilliant thanks, oh but the way I was advised to use KY jelly up my nose 😯 any one else used this?! xx

KY gel or any other water based lotion, speak to your pharmacy.

The first active ingredient should be aqua.

I read that Aloe Vera gel can be soothing and safe to use xx

I use KY Jelly and one from a pound shop works equally well under the name of sensual. I check my nostrils daily and use when required. Both are Aqua based as advised by Stone.

Do not ever pick scabs from inside the nose are you will then be prone to really bad nose bleeds. They will come away naturally on their own. Just use the KY Jelly on the prongs of your cannula and yes Ale Vera is safe to use also.

Yes KY jelly is what I've been advised to use. Not to use Vaseline at it is inflammable.
