Talking about a mess I had lung flare up copd exacerbation AND it coincided with me burning my toast

Toast was like glass ANYWAY after my fix felt ok 👌

So thought would do a tad of reading AND was very interesting SO I don’t know if dietary acrylamide intake made me feel better given copd flare up as by all accounts acrylamide can be very volatile with oxyen atoms

But is very dodgy stuff HALF I never knew especially about toast

Official conclusion

Dietary Acrylamide intake was not associated with lung cancer risk in men but was inversely associated in women, most strongly for adenocarcinoma.

This finding suggests that acrylamide is involved in human carcinogenesis through pathways other than genotoxicity.
