New Singing for Lung Health groups in South Shields & Wakefield & Limerick!!!!!

Do have a look on the BLF website under “singing” & “find a group in your area” as THREE new specific funded singing for lung health groups in & around Wakefield plus ongoing funding for group in South Shields & 12 wk pilot in Limerick. Also newbies wanted for new research trial on singing in West London & South Wales - will post further details on that later. Do give it a go - you don’t need to be able to sing but will support your management of your breathlessness in a supportive social environment

It really does make a difference. Since I started running singing groups in South Cheshire, my FEV has improved from moderate to normal. And it's great fun too.
