Pulmonary fibrosis

I'm 31 yrs old. Recently able to know after CT scan that I have bilateral post inflammatory pulmonary fibrosis in several places on lung.

My doctor also suggested polysomnography and already completed where minor sleep apnea.Today I will meet with my doctor.

I have only below symptoms right now...

*Wake up in the morning with chest pain in the middle back of my chest.But after 30 mins it's completely gone.

*Sometimes breath l shortness sensations.

I think that without those two problems, I'm totally OK right now.

01. Have anyone who is suffering from this disease, if anyone Pls suggests me what should I do or what you are doing?

02. How long you are suffering?
