Tomorrow I have to go to hospital to have a check up. Do I still need oxygen? Well, yes I do because I had an echocardiogram in February and it showed that I have pulmonary hypertension or something in one upper chamber of my heart. This means staying on oxygen long term and having a couple of the 10 tablets I take each morning changed. One of them I know has bad side effects for me, but as it stands, I'm in limbo. Nobody is taking any responsibility for changing them. That's on the top of my list to mention because I'm told it might make me a tiny bit more mobile. In the meantime here is a picture of Fidget in one of his more usual poses.

Oxygen check up
Fidget made me laugh and I do hope things work out well for you tomorrow. Xxxx
I'm usually a very patient person, but I am getting frustrated with the slow pace of things. Just because I'm almost 70 doesn't mean that my brain has turned to mush and that I will roll over and accept my fate. I will put up a fight while I still can because there are still many things to do in life...like draw more dogs and try to do a bit of gardening! xxxx
Funny pic good luck tomorrow x
Lovely Fidget, good luck for tomorrow hope everything goes well. Majt xxxx

Good luck tomorrow - hope things get sorted for you. Love the photo - my dogs spend a lot of time upside down too - it must be really comfortable! Liz xxx
Mmmm the oxygen check up is also there to determine whether or not your oxygen might need to be increased, that’s why they do all the assessment checks and ask questions so that they can get an up to date overview of your condition. Has your hypertension got worse since your last oxygen review. Be thankful that your oxygen respiratory team are making sure your oxygen levels met your current medical condition.
