Results Of My IIDB Claim Re Worcening Back Injury.

Yup assessor said my worcening back injury is result of old age and not excising back injury weakness.

Even blamed my lung condition ... Not quite sure how that works .

Anyway I wrote or written to Iidb asking them what kind of loons do they have working there doing medical assessment’s

Told them I will be getting letter of my gp and lung doctor stating obvious clarifying A indexed back injury from a accident would not be caused by old age or my lung condition.

But would cause life long weakness that any sane person would agree could would get worse with age.

And even mentioned as injury involved T vertebra is possible could of caused breathing issues.

Needless to say THE never liked that

Hey Jeff it’s good to see you but I’m sorry to know things are still difficult for you. It almost made me chuckle when you said your back injury is due to old age 🙄 Yes an injury can deteriorate with age, even a relatively younger age, but not caused by age. Good for you for persevering and getting a letter from your doctors. Wishing you all the best 👍

That’s very interesting I have 3 collapsed vertebrae and a fracture in my 8 spinal all in the area of my lungs all though I do have thinning of the bones
