My Supplements are working. Feeling fantastic.

My daughter bought me supplements for Mothers Day. Turmeric , Chlorella and Green Matcha Tea. All in pure powder form.bought from Organic Burst. and Pure Chimp. .I take the Tumeric as a shot in Pineapple juice. The Chlorella and Matcha in organic soya milk as a smoothie. After just over a week I have so much energy and my stress levels non existent. Checked my Spo2 this morning oxygen it's 99% fantastic. I was also suffering panic attacks and haven't had one for a couple of days now. Feel more Positive and fantastic. I was diagnosed in 2010 with Severe COPD but feel better today than I did 9yrs ago. Must be working. Just thought I would share as could help others..

So pleased for you garshe. That’s really great news and might help Pete. He’s really down at the moment. Xxxx

Anything is worth a try and hopefully will help Pete. I have been so down since Xmas. Struggling to breathe and terrible panic attacks. Thought my COPD had got worse but x Ray showed no change since 2016. I was over thinking every situation and losing my confidence. Both my daughter's take the supplements and thank goodness I have followed them. The Tumeric , Chlorella purchased from Organic Burst and Matcha green tea from pure chimp. Have to buy correctly as these are pure and safe. I was suffering Health Anxiety and living every day thinking about my COPD. Feel 100% better truly .Hope it works for Pete as once you realise you can still live a life everything is good. X

Beware, Carole, this sounds like an advert. We seem to have a lot of ‘new’ members lately, talking the talk.

I do hope Pete picks up a bit soon. He’s had a bit of a long haul though, in recent months, hasn’t he?. Wishing you both well. Sunny ☀️ here 🌷🌿🌷 love Penny xx

Thank you Penny, don’t worry I’m sure garshe is genuine and with Pete it’s very small steps...lol.

Pete feels depressed since the sepsis really and he’s struggling with constant mucus production. He will see the respiratory doctor next month so hope he gets some help then.

Take care. Love, Carole xxxx

I am not advertising just helping as some products are contaminated

These are pure and genuine. Just trying to be helpful as I have been where Pete is and would love to know he is improving. Good luck

It's not an advert truly. I only stated where to purchase from because these are pure products and you have to be careful with contamination ..I have COPDsevere and shared because I would like others to have the benefit. You can buy anywhere I was stating where my daughter buys them from as she has done her research. I am not talking the talk believe me I was diagnosed 2010 and feel proud I am coping but have had my up and downs. Just trying to be helpful believe me. I am a 74yr grandma who takes pride in herself x

Don't worry garshe . I removed the photo because it could be perceived as advertising which HU don't permit. My feeling though, was that your intention was genuine so your words have not been changed.

I'm pleased you've found these supplements helpful. :)

Sorry to cause upset, annienell, but I do feel we’ve had a glut of insincere members lately, for want of a better word. I’ve grown suspicious!! Just trying to protect friends 😄 I’ll stand back a while now. Thank you for your help 🌸

I'll refrain from posting. Really thought I was helping but got reported. Apologies just wanted everyone to know what has worked for me and could benefit others. Just a normal grandma with COPD...wanted to share how great I am feeling.

No problem I can see why you thought it was an advert. Didn't think just trying to be helpful. Have a good day

Sorry to hear Pete's down at the moment Carole, a friend of mine, her daughter had sepsis and it has taken a long time for her to get better, it seems to have a bad effect on your other ailments, maybe affects the immune system, so perhaps the tea will help. Both of you take good care x

Thank you lzb1, I think you’re right, the sepsis has caused problems. Pete is over producing mucus so hardly slept last night. Not sure what to do really.

I hope the tea will help. Take care xxxxx

With having bronchiectasis I suffer this and sometimes have to resort to taking antihistamine, it does help but wipes me out and then I get a bit stuffy the day after. I do hope the hospital can get him onto something that can help, perhaps you could ask them if he is able to take these, it is wise to check as they may interfere with his other meds. Irene x

Pete takes loratadine but they don’t do much. I think it’s his COPD (chronic bronchitis) that the sepsis has made worse.

Thank you for your kind reply. Xxxxx

I’m so pleased for you garshe. I bought some green tea in powder form but don’t like the taste much, so must try it disguised, also too much green tea gives me the ‘back door trots’ so gotta go careful. ...

garshe in reply toPosyP

Totally agree. I don't like the taste. I have green tea Matcha in powder form. I take it with Organic vanilla soya milk from Hollund and Barrett. Only Need one a day as so concentrated. Put in blender for a lovely smoothie. Tastes really nice and I drink with a straw. My daughter's have the tea bags but I don't like them the powder form is much stronger so really only need one a day. Good luck.

Thanks Brian. My panic attacks were really bad but now I seem to have calmed down and stopped worrying so much. Never thought I would suffer anxiety bit my Dr said it was health anxiety. So much better and looking forward now instead of dwelling on my condition. The supplements have worked 😂

Garshe, I totally agree that different solutions can work and definitely concur about the successful outcome of some supplements. I don't take any of the ones you mentioned but if they work and makes you feel better then that's wonderful.

I no longer take any prescribed medication for Bronchiectasis and instead have truly amazing results from 3 different probiotics totalling 35 billion each day.

I hope you continue to feel healthy with your new regimen.

Hi, from the USA, I loved your post. I had read about Turmeric, I am getting some in a Ginger Tea. Had read Ginger tea was best for COPD. Do not drink anything but water, never like hot drinks, but after reading, Hot is really good, so I will do it. Said a good dexio for lungs. Hope they are right. Cutting out almost all sweets have read really bad for COPD. The other two did not suggest taken, partly because of side effects, but they must not bother you. I have Gastro problem also so have to watch for that effect also. Hope the Turmeric Tea works. Thanks

I am concentrating on my breathing also and not panicking as much. My oxygen can change daily but lately up to 97 to 99 so that's fantastic for me. I haven't got any chest infection so that makes a difference .
