Ok it’s a bit moan . & ask some others. I have COPD. Am 69 back this country 6 years . Well let’s not go into cum back here having worked. But off around world so I had very nice docs where first but no suitable housing. . So since really ill from last year dumped middle no where . Moving on none my medical records came with . So mess you don’t get see doc here . So they send paramedic . Who have no idear. COPD . Anyway I do end up thank god the local hospital . There nice lady pulmonary doc . She recommends we try this antibiotic you take 3 times week . In any other country I lived if you prescribe antibiotics you prescribe probiotics.. now she also asked I be assed. For some home oxygen . Gall rocks up not. Sick enough . Dangerous as co retention . And I have a cat ! Well why I get hospital. So I have a can I bought. I have a mask Anybody done this ? Also now to at last see consultant this short lung stuff . It’s so it your do it your self here !! I good this as just me & cat . To add joy last year I have cateracts growing the non dock sent me local hospital . Mad. Ofcouse I am too breathless. Stay stil . So anyway after much hussle I go consultation big hospital . What waste nhs ? Docs read your notes .

Hi balloon a lot of copd patients get an initial diagnosis and advice medication then they leave you to your own self management.try to get pulmonary 6mths review with a consultant or ask to speak to hospital respiratory physiotherapist
