Hi Sampson, I would speak to your doctor again and flag up that possible problem. Definitely worth checking. Xxxx

I have had COPD asthma and glaucoma for many years and have had a number of different inhalers. I assume that you receive regular hospital appointments for six monthly reviews of your glaucoma and it’s there that you should seek advice. Manufacturers of inhalers have to fully cover themselves and tend to go over the top in some things.

I have COPD and borderline Glaucoma, when I was first put on inhalers I noticed the reference to Glaucoma so I mentioned it to my Dr .....he just sent me for eye tests still came back borderline and stayed that way and have been on several different inhalers over the past 5 years.

But I think it it would be for the best if you still mention it to your Dr as you have Glaucoma.

I believe there is two types of glaucoma and the one that most inhalers cause or contribute to is narrow angle glaucoma, which is apparently much more rare than the other type, but best to check with your doctor as I really don’t know enough about glaucoma to express an opinion.
