Hope i have not give the wrong impression
I would just like to add to my post i done 7 days ago about my past lung function readings has looking at them again.
Over the last 3 to 4 years my FEV1 readings have not improved and have declined but very very slow to keep me still at the mild stage.

Can you still have lung problems with a normal pulmonary function test?
I posted a month ago about exercise, things have improved.
