Hello Annieosb,

Have you looked on the British Lung Foundation site? You could find out if there is a support group in your area. I go to one here in Hampshire. It's really good. Lots of help, advice and fun. I've made some good friends at the group.

I’m on the Norfolk Suffolk border so likely a bit to far but there are several breatheasy groups so hopefully you willl find one that’s not to far away Remember you can still talk to us good luck

I can relate to what you’re saying Annieosb, I went to two as on the boarder of both and I didn’t find either of them supportive, just clicky. Pity, wasn’t what I expected.

Check out Breatheasy groups. I know there's a lovely group who meet in Bury St Edmunds. When I was considering moving there they were most welcoming. Good luck. P

I belong to a Breathe Easy group in King's Lynn, if that's too far there's one in Sheringham or Norwich.
