My haemoglobin result is 89 out of 130. Sent to consultant appt next Tuesday. Never been told I'm anemic but obviously am. Any help please

You certainly need to get those levels back up Chubby, you need to find out the cause of the low level and hopefully correct it.

In my youth the doc just prescribed iron tablets for anemia but there is more to it than just being iron deficient.
