I was just diagnosed with alpha 1 stage 3 emphysema. I am on 60mg. prednisone and feeling much better, Are there other treatments?

I have this condition and don't panic I got age 42. Now 52 there's not a lot to treat it. Depends what gene type you have my piz 1 I think out of the 14 types it's the worse.
