Yes if they are properly done..

It all depends..

If you have tried all avenues and are still in pain it is worth a try.

Good idea to try buy they didn’t work for my husband Pete. He now has a spinal chord stimulator which also hasn’t worked for him but does for many. Xxxxxx

I've never been offered cortisone shots. When I get sciatica back I go back to my registered osteopath, who soon gets it sorted out. I also do about 10 minutes of stretching exercises (given by osteopaths) every morning to prevent it recurring.
